A late 18th century oak longcase clock
Description
The rectangular brass engraved 12 inch square dial with 8-day movement in original oak case, attributed to Gillows of Lancaster. The hood with glazed door, moulded dentil cornice and blind fret carving and walnut columns above a trunk with shaped door flanked by fluted walnut columns above a plain base raised on ogee bracket feet
